In order to know where you’re going, you have to know where you are. This is true in any area, so that’s why we do a complete assessment of spirit, soul and body. This gives us a baseline of our point A so we can develop the right plan to get you to point B as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Without goals, we’re just moving. We want to move forward and upward in what we want to attain! Setting realistic goals is vital to keeping focused and getting to the place we want to be. After our assessments we make these goals together. Then we achieve them together.
This is where it all comes together. Taking our consult, metabolic test, assessments and goal sheets and making something beautiful happen. Each session is a full 60 minutes with the trainer, one on one, and is designed just for you. Most sessions will include cardio, stretching, and strength training, but all of them will include fun! Sometimes we even crack out the XBox 360 Kinnect. Oh yes.
We all need a little coaching. I don’t know where I’d be without my two life coaches! (I really do have two!) These sessions are designed to help you identify your obstacles and see your way through overcoming them. In Dream Reality sessions, we discover the things you were truly created to do, and make a plan to fulfill them. These truly are some of my favorite sessions.
